South Yorkshire Joint Secretariat
2008/09 Council Tax LeafletGov Partnerships produced 781,000 2008/09 Council Tax leaflets for the South Yorkshire Joint Secretariat and delivered these to five sites in South Yorkshire to meet Council Tax billing requirements. The leaflet was designed and printed in a full colour A5 format and Gov Partnerships will be invited to tender for the 2009/10 contract.

West Lindsey Council / West Lindsey News
West Lindsey Council recognised that the original design of their quarterly magazine was in need of an update, and Gov Partnerships designed the most recent edition. After a successful tender process, Gov Partnerships were awarded the contract to design, print and manage the distribution of the West Lindsey News. The News is split into three area-specific issues enabling the Council to communicate key local and Council wide news to all residents.

Cork County Council Prosperity and Growth
Cork County Council wanted a publication to provide general information about their divisions and sections, and to outline their budget plans for local development up to 2009. Gov Partnerships produced a 12 page newspaper-style publication and distributed it to nearly 80,000 residents.

Galway City Council Comhairle Cathrach Na Gaillimhe
Customer Care Plan 2005 – 2009Galway City Council wanted a publication that would reaffirm their commitment to the ongoing provision of quality and professional customer services to the city. Gov Partnerships worked closely with the Galway City Council, taking time to understand exactly what was required. The result was a dual language publication that was designed, printed and delivered to the residents of the city.
Gov Partnerships also audited the distribution and reported back to Galway City Council, so that they could ensure that the publication reached every resident.

Summary of Customer Care Plan 2005 - 2009
In addition to the Customer Care Plan, Gov Partnerships produced a 20 page, dual language publication to outline Galway City Council’s Customer Charter and complaints procedure.

Galway City Council Spring 2007 Newsletter
The aim of this 24-page newsletter was to inform the people of Galway about the activities of the City Council and to enable residents to have a single reference point on services provided by the Council.

London Borough of Bromley Council / The Buzzword
Working in partnership with the London Borough of Bromley, Mytime provides high quality, affordable facilities and activities for the under 11’s. Initial discussions have taken place in regard to the design, production and distribution of future publications, to alleviate pressures on an already overstretched department.
Gov Partnerships arranged the cost-effective printing of this 36 page publication that details sports, arts, childcare and play programmes in the area.

Dublin City Council / Dublin City News
Gov Partnerships has been awarded the tender to design, manage editorial, co-ordinate printing and arrange distribution of Dublin City News for Dublin City Council. This new city-wide newspaper is distributed to over 200,000 homes in the five administrative areas of Dublin and is published three times a year in full colour.
In addition to city-wide news, each issue contains news and features relevant to the individual administrative area and is published in both English and Irish language.

Commonwealth Yearbook
On behalf of the Commonwealth Secretariat, Nexus Strategic Partnerships publish their flagship publication, The Commonwealth Yearbook. Published annually, it is the essential guide to the modern Commonwealth, its 53 member countries and the many partner organisations that, as the Commonwealth ‘family’, together promote co-operation between governments, societies, professions and cultures.

Commonwealth Education Partnerships
In 2006, Nexus Strategic Partnerships published the official publication for the 16th Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers, the Commonwealth Education Partnerships. Published annually, it is the essential overview of education for development in the Commonwealth, focusing on both intra-Commonwealth collaboration as well as partnerships between member governments, civil society and the private sector.
